8. Account Suspension and Closure

Verified balances at the time of closure may be returned to the member minus any bonuses forfeited due to the breach, subject to satisfactory identity verification and investigation outcome.

9. Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
